Shipping & Damage Policy
All of my packages include USPS insurance. Once your order is accepted by USPS, I am not responsible for how it is handled in transit. I take great care to package and wrap items securely, but on rare occasions damage may still occur during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please save the item, the packaging, and the shipping box. USPS may require you to bring everything to your local Post Office for inspection before an insurance claim can be processed. If these materials are not retained, the claim may be denied. I will gladly file the claim on your behalf, but your cooperation with USPS is necessary for them to approve it.

Please note: Replacements or refunds will only be issued once USPS has accepted and approved the insurance claim.
