Custom Bleached Distressed Flannel Shirt: Vintage Style Design

**CURRENT FLANNEL COLORS**

My supplier changes the available flannel colors and plaid patterns from time to time. The only colors currently available to order are the flannels shown and numbered in the current color-selection images.

The completed flannels shown throughout this listing are examples of custom designs I have previously created. Some plaid colors shown in those example photos have been discontinued and may no longer be available.

Please select your flannel using the number shown on the current color chart. Do not select a color based only on a previously completed flannel photo.

The completed-product photos are included to show examples of how different designs may look on a finished bleached and distressed flannel.

**IMPORTANT SIZING INFORMATION**

These flannels have a unisex fit and are made from a soft cotton and viscose fabric.

Please order one size larger than your usual T-shirt size. For example:

• If you normally wear a Small T-shirt, order a Medium flannel
• If you normally wear a Medium T-shirt, order a Large flannel

The blank flannels are not pre-shrunk. Each flannel is washed, hand-bleached, and distressed during the creation process. Because shrinkage can vary from one flannel to another, exact finished measurements cannot be guaranteed.

Sizes XS through 3XL may be available, depending on current supplier inventory.

**HANDMADE VARIATIONS**

Every flannel is individually bleached and distressed by hand, so no two flannels will look exactly the same.

The bleaching color, splatter placement, distressed areas, plaid placement, and finished design appearance will vary. The finished flannel may appear lighter or darker than the examples shown. These natural differences are part of the handmade process and make every flannel one of a kind.

Colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting and individual screen settings.

**UPDATED BACK CONSTRUCTION**

The current flannels have an updated sewing construction across the back. This is the only construction change from the previous flannels. The fabric, quality, sizing style, and overall fit remain the same.

The back seam and stitching may look different from older listing photos or customer review photos.

**DESIGN PLACEMENT**

The listing price includes one main custom design placed on the back of the flannel.

If you would also like a small design above the front pocket, please contact me before ordering. I will discuss the design placement with you and let you know whether it can be added to your order.

**UPLOADING OR DESCRIBING YOUR DESIGN**

If you already have an image, photo, screenshot, or design, upload it using the file-upload option. You may also send it to me through Etsy messages.

If you do not have an image, describe your idea in the personalization box and message me so I can help you create the right design.

Uploaded images may need to be adjusted in size, shape, color, or placement so the design fits the flannel properly.

If your design includes personalized wording, it will be created exactly as entered. Please double-check the spelling, capitalization, lowercase letters, punctuation, and spacing before submitting your order.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE FINISHED DESIGN**

These flannels are intentionally created with a worn, bleached, and distressed vintage appearance. The design on the back may also have a faded, weathered, or distressed look so it blends naturally with the finished flannel.

Some designs may print very clearly, while others may appear more worn or distressed depending on the original image, its quality, the amount of detail, the plaid color, and the bleaching underneath.

Images containing very small details, thin lines, or tiny text may not appear completely clear. This is especially true when the original high-resolution design file is unavailable.

Please review the completed-flannel photos in this listing for examples of how the finished designs may look. The distressed appearance is intentional and is part of the overall vintage style.

The design is not made with standard adhesive vinyl. It is professionally applied to resist peeling and fading when the care instructions are followed.

**DESIGN PROOF**

A design proof is provided only when requested.

If you request a proof, please respond with your approval or requested changes within 48 hours. If I do not receive a response within 48 hours, I will proceed with the design as shown so your order is not unnecessarily delayed.

Custom orders are final once production begins.

**PROCESSING TIME**

The current processing time is approximately 2–3 weeks. Some blank flannel sizes or colors may need to be ordered from my supplier, which can affect processing time.

Please review the estimated delivery date shown by Etsy before ordering. Processing may take longer during busy holiday seasons.

**CARE INSTRUCTIONS**

• Wash inside out in cold water
• Use a gentle cycle
• Do not use bleach
• Air drying is recommended
• Avoid high heat
• Do not iron directly over the design

**CUSTOM-ORDER POLICIES**

Personalized and custom items are made specifically for you and are final sale. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for custom items, but please message me if you experience a problem with your order.

Cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order and before production begins.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct during checkout. Packages are insured through USPS. Although I ship orders promptly, postal delays may occasionally occur after the package has been accepted by the carrier.
